SpeedySparrow is reliable and fast. I had a problem more complicated than most in transferring from another hosting service to SpeedySparrow. Once my new forum was installed, it all worked without a flaw.

I could wish that they gave telephone support. However, they replied to my several emails within an hour or earlier, as they promised. I recommend SpeedySparrow as a reliable service.

I'm pretty nice I expect no less than an hour delay the first ticket had me scared but the others were good.

Customer Service / other

I would like to see technical support maybe online in the future, and in general live chat online but that was no biggie as since signing up server has been online and technical queries responded too.

Conclusion

I expect as we grow SpeedySparrow will be able to provide us with the right solution to keep our business critical systems online 24 hours 7 days a week as they already have done a great job. Thanks Sean, James and Technical Support Team.

Alright let me just start off with the word amazing, I have never been through a company that helps me so much as SpeedySparrow has. The signup experience was excellent, sometime after the signup process I had noticed that I used the wrong domain name which was automatically created on the server. I really did not want this domain to be under the address I had used so I sent a ticket in to the SS staff and they promptly changed the address for my account all within a few minutes of opening the ticket.

Sean was very polite in his response to my ticket and had notified me that the change had now been completed and for me to confirm it, I was amazed at how quick it all took place. After this I was all ready to get setup with my account and e-mails.

I plan on running a review related website where people can register there usernames and vote on there favourite sites, you get the picture, Anyways what can I say the experience has been excellent so far, the systems are quite speedy and the support is the best I have ever used. I really like their sparrow on there website it is really awesome and this is what dragged me in to purchase from them.

I found the prices to be on the average side, I have definitely seen cheaper elsewhere but for what I wanted to do but I wanted quality over anything else and so far I heaps excited that I have finally found a service that reaches out to support it's customers, I am very happy I found them and I am enjoying the experience so far.
